I'm pretty fat and I'm about to start my diet, which I know I can keep, and I'm about to start excersising at reasonable intervals. But the only problem is in doing this to lose fat but nothing ever comes off, I need this really bad. Is there anything to save my soul, such as fiber or something?

I've read the sticky I've done that shit it's just that last time it didn't help at all. I know this isn't just for losing fat but still.

nah but in all seriousness just keep at it and it will be gone, the most important thing when dieting is consistency, try stay on track, dont submit to temptation, if you must have a cheat meal make it like monthly. Its hard to keep up with but easy to fall off.

Count your calories, only have 1500 kcal per day, that will lose you a pound of fat per week. That's the healthiest way to lose fat fast.
