I'm thinking of trying high doses of Vitamin A to lose fat tissue, based on the results of this study and the biology behind it:

Does anyone have advice on how to avoid overdose (Vitamin A is said to be the easiest vitamin to overdose on) or overworking my liver? I already don't drink or take any drugs that are hard on your liver.
Also if anyone knows of any other supplements that can increase adipocytosis and/or hinder adipogenesis I'd be interested ot hear about it

Take the recommended amount?
Never "overdo" anything, its your health, your actual body.
Looking for ways to make it easier/faster is fair enough, I understand dude losing weight can be a bitch but there are not shortcuts.
Its your money, but its also your body. Be smart about it.

Well I'm trying to stay below the toxic dose, but it would necessarily have to be higher than the FDA recommendation because the mice in the study were given 50x their normal dietary dose.

Wait what? I thought these were portioned to take once per day. That's what it says on the bottle.
