Oatmeal with peanut butter and protein powder with strawberries on the side.

Greek yogurt.

Chicken, roast potatoes and mixed veg.

Getting stronk through eating healthily.

Had a bagel this morning and Burger King for lunch. Going to eat an apple and maybe pasta for dinner.

I lift almost every day but my diet is pretty trash.
