I want to start focusing on my abs.
What should I do. I like the idea of an ab bench more. But I hear people get good results with an ab wheel.
Planks, but do them right. Planks done incorrectly are of no use.

Correct me in I'm wrong, but planks don't really work the transverse abdominis that well.
With a sit up bench, you can lean back far and reach ever ab muscle.

The ab wheel is basically an unstable dynamic plank. It's a great exercise, ab benches are more useful for ghetto back extensions/ghrs.

I've tried an ab wheel a very little bit before, it doesn't really work the transverse abdominis or lower abs much, just middle and upper abs.
I don't know, maybe I was doing it wrong.
