If you're struggling with bench one thing that really helped my inner/lower chest is cable flies, you can hit pretty much any area on your chest just by varying your hand position and the angle depending on what machines your gym has. It's probably easier on your elbows long-term too, not that it's a full substitute for benching of course

it's hard to not recommend cutting with your height/weight but you don't look like you have much muscle under that fat so you'd probably end up disappointed if you keep cutting. i'd bulk to get some ab/chest development then cut hard come spring. don't fall into the trap of bulking a little bit then losing the muscle you gained by cutting the moment you get a little fat. you'll just be spinning your wheels. good luck anon.

Like I said before, I don't follow a fixed routine. Sometimes I step into the gym and I see the bench press occupied and I'll go do OHP, or deadlifts, or pull-ups.

Whatever I haven't done in awhile. So it's basically 2-3 heavy compound lifts followed by 2-3 accessory lifts and followed by abs.

Gym 2-3 times a week.
