What is better:
Lift heavy and eat a lot but unhealthy food or lift and eat less but more healthy food?
Keep in mind I'm a skelly though.

Lift heavy and eat a ton of healthy food. Best of both

Sounds like you're comparing dirty bulking to clean bulking. Clean bulking always wins but gets boring fast.

Heavy is relative, retard
As much as I hate to say it as a picky eater, if you're going to lift heavy and it has to be shitty calories or fewer calories...I think shitty calories is actually better.

I can't do this right now for some reasons
I think the first option will give me the "powerlifter look", wich is okay for me I just hate being a skelly fuck. The second option will probably make me lean but lacking a lot in size
