Hey /fit/, I need some advice
I hurt my back deadlifting with garbage form last week, so I took a week off to recover and work on my form. I went back to the gym today, and I had no problems with my back, but at the bottom of my squat I felt a bit of discomfort in pic related. I was able to complete my set and workout, but for the rest of the day I've been getting random spasms of pain behind my knee. Did I injure myself? Should I not go the gym again on Friday?
You're probably stressing your tight hamstrings, are you stretching before your squats properly? You sit on a bench above the floor, hyperextend your knee, then tilt your pelvis forward for 10 seconds each side.

I dont really do any stretching before squats. I bike to my gym and do a bunch of warmup sets but i guess thats not enough. i will try this
i do limber 11 after my workout tho
