Skinnyfat guy here with 28 years 75 kgs and few cm shorter then Connor,
I will just come out and say it, after starting to run and do some workout a year ago i started obssesing how my arms look and its not only me but grils too. I have been complimented but in reality when i compare my arms to an athletes low bodyfat arms mine suck ass,
I really want to grow huge arms like Conors since we are same height,
1 major trouble is that i don't have weights and i cant join a gym
I have been doing calisthenics mostly and been doing curls with 2litter bottles.......

and desu I am not actually poor but I owe money so my next 2 sallarys are already gone.
nvm that im lying im a fucking gamble addict. i started doing runing and pushups and stuff to quit gamble... i work desk job and until now all my money are spent on slots and i get food from family...

buy a pair of rings if you can and do 'ring curls' you can find instruction on youtube. or do it from a low bar
