Hey guys, I'm starting to work out. Never did it before, I'm 29, 5,10" and weight about 84kg. any good tip to start getting in shape?
Also, are there anything that I can drink during the early morning/noon, like a protein shake with gingseng or something like that, I have to walk around the city a lot and sometimes I feel kinda weak although I eat breakfast.
Just started today with some push ups 3x10 and been doing some exercises with a gripper
