fuark. Why didn't anyone tell me running was so hard. I went for a run in the first time in years and I'm fucking exhausted. I did 2.2km in 12 min 22 sec.
How bad is that? I want to get to the point where I can run a 5k 3 or 4 times a week with little hassle. How long would it take to get to that point from my current fitness level?
When i started out i ran for fun around my block at night for 1-2 miles.after doing that for 2 weeks decided to run farther and did 5ks like it was nothing. Now i run like 10k 3x a week. Its just about doing it and training cardio gains. No fast hack will help, just pace yourself
