I'm bulking, tracking my macros through MyFitnessPal and I've noticed a lot of the times while I hit my calories and protein and fats ( sometimes over how much I should ), I almost always go low when it comes to carbs, and I don't know what to do.
How does that affect me? Also, how do I plan my meals better so I hit all my macros correctly?

bump
Step 1 - Eat your protein requirement
Step 2 - Get a decent amount of your fats
Step 3 - Pringles

Why Pringles?

Carbs?
depends on your macros. I tend to do 40% protein and fat and 20% carbs

Hows that working for you? Im doing my body weight in lbs for protein. So is it better to have more carbs vs fat % or the other way around?

Carbs are the bane of my existence
> tfw calculator ask me for 480g and barely can eat 400

just snack on crackers throughout the day, they're so carb-dense for how un-filling they are
Also if you're eating sweet potato you're doing it wrong. Pasta, rice and crackers are 3 great carb sources. You've also got carbs you can buy from supp shops too, 50g scoop + water = 50g carbs right there. Do that around your workout though.

Just suck down some chocolate syrup for fucks sake. How can anyone have trouble getting enough carbs?
