Is there anywhere where I don't have to pay out the ass for any of this?

eat out one less time a month and it covers your subscription, $30 is nothing.
Otherwise, make sure you're running a 300 on your PFT (I'm only familiar with the Marine PFT) and you'll be good physically, mentally is entirely on you. Most guys don't drop because they can't hack it physically, they break mentally. Also know how to swim, if those numbers you posted are yours, you look to be damn close to a perfect candidate. If that's what you're saying you need to get to, we'd need to know where you're at, clarify please.
Remember that the "s" is BUD/s means "school". They'll teach you and get you into the shape you need to be if you're mentally tough enough and of upper 25% in terms of seaman fitness to be a SEAL/DEVGRU

wait, shit, I also forgot to put there is a subscription model to paying for mtntactical $30 a month (then just print out all the plans and quit it if you want) instead of the $300 for the individual SEAL plan, my mistake for not mentioning it

The numbers posted are off the official SEAL/SWCC website. Those are the numbers they say that correlate positively for success at bud/s
Bump for this.
However I'm in the EU and would like to get elite squat level fit.
How do?

My stats:
1pl8 BP
3pl8 DL
2pl8 SQ
~5 PullUps
Rest I didn't test. However I row about 1*BW (am 84kg at 180cm).
Do I need combat sports? How strong should I be? PushUps and PullUps infinitly?
Interested. Bump
