Yeah, that's my plan for it. God I feel so fucking sad almost crying desu. I was going to hit 1pl8 for reps my next session but then my baby arms decided they were to weak for my third rep on my last set.

Anecdotal experience but ...
I noticed gains on my Barbell OHP after I took a month off and focused solely on dumbbell OHP in the 6-8 rep range.
Maybe that will help you. I'm up to 180 now.

how's your abdominal/glute base? really helped me get over several humps, now up to 175 max
