Half an onion
Some ginger root.
2 Garlic cloves or more
~1 tbsp chili paste
~4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, use half now, half later
Saute.
2 carrots diced
1 head of broccoli
2 tbsp favorite crunchy peanut butter, mo crunchy, mo bettah
Let all that meld and then throw in some tofu. I used a whole block and I fried mine in olive oil.
Added 3 white button mushrooms sliced
Add fuckton of spinach.
Cover and stir occasionally until carrots and broccoli are tender.

Probably makes 3-4 meals when paired with some rice.
Can use Tsang's peanut butter sauce if you want to make your fry a little saucier or add a bit more soy sauce and water.

It's not just a keto thing, it's bulletproof coffee and people have been doing it for years.
When you are someone who doesn't have time to make breakfast but need the energy a small piece of butter in coffee does good.
Of course the higher quality butter the better.

Pizza rolls, Red Baron French bread pizza and soda.

I cut the soda years ago and I haven't had either of the pizza items in about 2 years. I'm still a fiend for chocolate and I have a bad habit of binging on bullshit sweets late at night but I'm getting better.

I just want to get back into my size 32 jeans (currently 36 to 34) without getting squeezed to death. Currently 204 (5' 8") and I'm shooting for 175 so I can bulk up to bear mode.

Cleanish bulking shouldn't be too hard, though. Just make a smoothie with a shitload of calories. Add whey protein, a frozen banana, as much peanut butter as you want, flax or chia seeds, milk, fresh spinach and frozen strawberries or blueberries and you've got yourself a massive amount of calories with a lot of vitamins, fiber and protein.

Before the loss over 300lbs, I was obsessed by food. I ate 1000s of calories every day to maintain and exceed my bloated fat. I was "happy" in that I had zero self esteem, had given up on my appearance and health, and could rely on a half pound of snacks to lift my mood in any situation.

Now I'm at 199lbs, my entire day revolves around when my regimented meals are, I have horrible mood swings. Yesterday I felt great, today I feel suicidal, and I'm starting to crack a lot more as far as cheating goes. Mires? Sure, got plenty, but none from girls, I am still just as much a loser as I was, except now I'm in far more pain with constant hunger. It's the sad existence of a former obese land whale.

For a long time I was riding the high of my weight loss but after I got to about 220-230lbs I realized I'm still fat, ugly and no one will love me anyway, and this is why I fell in love with food in the first place. Hard pill to swallow.

They've been fed drugs to make them grow bigger, but that could potentially be bad for our own livers. I did fine with breakfst having two scoops of whey protein in water.
