I want to train my belly to get rid of hanging sack of fat, however I already have a nice hourglass waist. What kind of excerices should I avoid lest I become a fridge.

Spot training is between mythical and undocumented; but casein, diet, and lifting for proper hormone production / muscle is the main point.

Women don't gain muscle like men so you're fine. Even men need to put in shitloads of work to get a thicc core.
You can't spot reduce fat so "training your belly" is pretty stupid. Your best bet is some compound exercises (like squats) that use multiple muscles and cause long term calorie expenditure increase.
