I've been lifting on and off for the last couple of years, and I have tried alot of different routines, but I'm not sure which is the right way to go.
Currently I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day off.
Chest - Leg - Shoulder/Back - Rest
about 1 1/2 hour each workout
What would you recommend?
The goal is hypertrophy at that point where Rach Pananay looks tiny

I have currently been lifting for two month after a break where I lost 8-10 kgs
