Guys, how do you actually motivate yourself to lose weight.
I was(am, but less) skinnyfat, lost about 20lbs, and still have about 15 more to go, But i look like a fucking skellington.
What is the ideal situation: skinnyfat that gets buff but fat then loses weight?
Or skinnyfat that loses weight, becomes hungry skellington of death, then slowly builds muscle?
I'm 175cm tall and 65 kg, i could go down to 58kg, i guess. I was 75kg. But i really feel like shit being this light.
Weightlifting 1rm
Bench 80kg
Row 110kg
Deadlift 132kg
OHP 50kg
Currently doing 531 with boring but big.
If you lose 15lbs, you will become an actual skellington. You're doing just fine, dude. Work on that neck/traps and those forearms and your gains will look like 15% more spooky.
