I'm a fat fuck who's a picky eater. Is there any way I can live off meal replacements like soylent and still get stronger at a good rate. If your fat and get enough protein you'll make noob gains until around 70 kgs in which you'll stall, if your fucking enormous like boogie tier you'll plateau sooner.
