Alright /fit/, I've been doing Texas method for awhile now but my arms and shoulders are lagging behind in size. Should I add more volume to isolation work? Or switch routines?

Post body to confirm bro split works.
Why is it a nerdy program?

If you're after size, why are you doing texas method? Try 5/3/1

Good taste my mang

I wanted to increase my strength cause I was weak af a couple of months back, also I've heard of people modifying Texas method for size gains but that's from outside of /fit/ so it's probably bs. I figured I'd get /fit/'s advice on the matter

If you want aesthetics, you shouldn't be doing such a routine. You could always continue with the program and add a few sets of arms at the end of your workouts.

ohp: 105 lbs
bench: 160 lbs
also should I replace power clean with barbell rows on intensity day?

1st off "Texas method", sounds faggotry as fuark. 2ndly, see 1st off.
I'm on Texas Method right now after 5 months of SS. I've modified in such a way that I get very nice arm gains. Take the standard template but on Wednesdays add a recovery set of 3x5 bench @ 80% 5RM and do 5x5 Barbell rows @ the highest weight you can handle. After this I do 3x8 curls (8 for each arm so 16 total) and 3x10 overhead dumbbell extension, both of those at whatever the heaviest dumbbell you can manage is.
Also, on intensity day I like to set a deadlift ORM to calculate my volume day 1x5 set off of.
My ORMs are:
Squat: 265
DL: 305
Bench: 150 (I know)
OHP: 110
@ 167lbs and 5'8. I've been lifting for six months (starting from bar on all movements) and so far this has been working for me with good progression.
Cheers, anon.
