I'm on a cut right now at 1500 cal, how important is it to reach 1g protein/lb bodyweight? The problem is I'm addicted to these dicks and I'll eat a few cans and not reach my protein macros. Is there any hope for me?

PER LB OF LEAN BODY MASS YOU IGNORANT FUCK. So, in order to keep math simple, if you weigh 200lbs and are 20%bf your lean body mass will be 160. So you should eat between .8 and 1.5g of protein based off of that number.
