>>42519230
so what are the symptoms of disc herniation ?
>>42519852
>pulling more when it's elevated is somehow better than pulling less from the floor if your form is shit
Shit logic.

whenever you think about lifting a barbell, you get a spooky whisper in the back of your ear, "p-p-pu-pussy."
>>42519852
Herniated discs happen from compression of the spine. Therefore rack pulls are more than likely to cause disc herniation than deadlifts because of the shorter range of moti0n and more weight.
I've herniated a disc before. It sucks, is incredibly painful and debilitating, but I got over it. I'm lifting 50lbs more on deadlift than I did when I got hurt (545 lbs)

I heard a loud crack when I did mine. There was also burning in my lower back going to the top of my glutes. I also had some pretty intense sciatic pain going down my leg. It also felt like there was a needle between my spinal vertebrae. People say there's numbness but I don't recall any

Damn. Sounds painful asf. Lately ive been deadlifting 2 times a week (+heavysquats) and I am experiencing a lot of soreness in my lower back including sudden sharp pains as well. Aslo stiffness of the hips.
I'm pretty sure I'm just overusing my lower back and should go back to deadlifting once a week.
>>42520516
Unless you're on steroids, you should only be deadlifting once a week.
>>42520645
No I am not. Thanks for the advice.
>>42520516
You should also look up "Donnie Thompson lower back protocol" and do that. It's worked wonders for my lower back and hips
You guys are doing the thread wrong youre supposed to say the same old skyrim memes like
>Got to thinking, maybe im Chad and I just dont know it yet.

Probably the greatest hernia causing exercise of all time
