Anyone else get depersonalisation?
I first smoked weed when I was like 12? I was fine the first time, I think because we was swinging around 1 joint between about 5-6 of us.
2nd time I did it properly with my close mates at the age of 13/14 we got 2 grams on Halloween and was drinking a bottle of vodka too, that moment pretty much fucked me up for good, I started tripping balls and having panic attacks, but I hid it from my friends, from that point onwards I'd occasionally get depersonalisation moments and panic attacks and anxiety, then I got kicked out of school cos I found it hard to focus and started fucking around.
After that from the age of about 14 I had bad social anxiety, up until recently. Started smoking weed full time from 17 until I quit about 2 months ago (20 now). I still get depersonalisation moments from time to time where I question wtf am I doing here, what's going on, why am I me, life is fucked up etc. Will this ever pass bros?

I've had my blood checked a few times recent, I take multivitamins and get a lot of sun and eat good so it's not vitamins, low test maybe but I'm pretty hairy, never had it checked though, never had my thyroid looked into either but I guess that would come up in a blood test

Once a day sounds like an addiction mate . Try to go a long time without at all , to rewire your dopamine receptors then fap weekly . honestly quit smoking and focus on learning something new like code or woodworking. get consumed by a personal project and let that motivate you. The more you think about DP/DR the worse it gets, I was in the same boat as you and it took quitting smoking to really stop it. I can smoke every once in a while now but the every day thing is no good.
