My fucking knees keep twitching inwards when I enter the concentric part of my squat. I absolutely cannot force myself to stop it.
Do I just need to build strength in my hip abductors and glutes to stop this?I had to drop from 210lbs squats all the way down to 185lbs for working sets to be able to do it without really bringing my knees in but I just cannot stop my knees from coming in when I squat.
