Hit a small squat pr but think it was an off day 127.5kgx2 projected 1rm of 132.5kg

, hit a huge deadlift pr of 165kgx4
Projected 1rm of 185kg
Got a bench of 72.5x 8 and at the gym attempting 77.5kg x 6. Gotta do two sets of 4 first but either way my projected 1rm is up by another 5kg to 90kg

Going for 1rm in a few days, then a week in tropical thailand :)
