Stretching post workout and working on mobility CAN benefit form.
If GOMAD is really all about milk, itll help you take in calories, but you'll have the worst bloat and shits you could ask for.

You can do a quick warm up set. But only at the start of your first exercise. Everything else is pretty pointless.

i think im gonna stick to my pre-workout mobility work rather than listen to some fat fuck out of his prime who genuinely believes if you dont eat 4000 calories a day you cant gain strength.
