Alright /fit/ I'm heading to the hospital after I charge my phone.
My grip strength has been less than 30% of my normal strength and I can't hold things at all on angles that aren't straight up or down.
It has been like this for about a week now and It's driving me crazy not being able to do anything with it. I tried doing some light deadlifts today but my wrist went numb under 185lbs and I couldn't do anything more with it.
I'm terrified of doc telling me I have carpal tunnel or something. I just want to wait it out and hope it gets better but I don't think that's smart.
Deep within the red is where I feel the pressure when lifting anything.
