Do non-diabetics and pre-diabetics experience hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) if they're on a diet that is low in carbs/sugars and low in fats? I've noticed that I've been waking up with my blood sugar at 69 mg/dl. I had also experienced dehydration and ketones in my urine (according to my doctor).
What can I do to prevent this while still maintaining such a diet?

Yes.

Stop eating like a fucking retard. Doing low-carb works.
Going low-carb AND low-fat is bad for you.

what do you suggest then? Keto?

eating carbs if active
Keto if sedentary
if you have a job + lift you can count yourself as active
If you only do 3-4 workout week and spend the rest of time neeting hard you are sedentary
