Attended family bar b q for every Friday for the past 3 weeks. My dumb ass ate a lot of meat and my thighs are so huge I can barely fit in my jeans anymore. Considering they were already tight in my thighs before.
Am I fucked for life or can I remove this with good diet and exercise? I know you can burn fat, but I mean Meat isn't fat, it's protein, and I'm sure the excess Protein is the reason for my thighs.

Biggest bullshit i've read for a long time
The only thing your body consists of is a) muscle and b) fat. Any excess energy is converted to fat, whether it comes from dietary fat, protein or carbohydrates.
