So /fit/ I recently started taking my fat ass to the gym and hitting the protein powder. The gym owner gave me a workout routine that I've been following pretty much every visit. A month later and I'm up 7lbs. I'm pretty new to this so any explanation . advice would be gr8.

ditch the powders unless you are physically incapable of eating enough food to get your protein requirements homie, they put alot of dank shit in that stuff along with alot of added sugar
but again if you're busy af and can't find time to cook real food, or you get too full from eating brown rice and oats every meal, then have at it
