I keep straining my lower back. Happened the last two times while doing db presses. I think i get up wrong and hurt my lower back.
How can i train my lower back to put on muscle mass?
Deadlifts fixed my back

back hypeextensions
if that equipment isnt available but a Glute Hamstring Raise is, you can just perform the back hyperextension rather than using glute and hamstring.
HOWEVER!
hurting your low back is frequently due to poor glute and abdominal engagement.
work on those more than the low back.
Are you familiar with anterior pelvic tilt posture problem?

Deadlifts are the answer.
Hyper extensions, or even better reverse hypers, the machine required is semi rare for them though.
I don't think that a weak lower back is the likely issue though, unless your programming is just complete shit, it's more likely that you're form is fucked up. Make sure you flex your glutes to reduce the strain on your lower back and try to limit any leaning that you do.
