Been eating terribly for the past 4 days after weight cutting for wrestling season ended (We're talking entire packages of oreos here). How do I go back to eating like a normal person after eating like an anorexic and now a fucking fatass?

just switch to being a cyclist, literally eat whatever you want and stay the same weight. When I was riding a bit more after a 60 mile ride at a decent speed I could grab a large dominos and a 6 pack and have both finished in 45 minutes and not gain a pound.
