Sup /fit/
So I've been lifting for like 6 months now but I feel like I havent made any progress.
I'm thinking of starting /ss/, but the 3 excercises its based on(squats, bench and dl) are very off-putting for me, especially since i've had unrelated leg injuries in the past.
What routine/diet would you recommend for my body type.
