Ok /fit/, the free weight area in my gym is closed from today until Saturday as they are expanding it and putting in new equipment etc etc. Normally I'd be pissed but they are adding an extra rack and barbell so I'm not too mad about it.
So the other part of the gym will be open. This has an assortment of your standard machines, treadmills and stationary bikes, an area for calisthenics, dumbbells up to 10kg (this is where all the girls work out), kettlebells and a bunch of those retarded bosu ball things.
How do I make the most of this and get a decent workout in?

Treat it as a light day, if there's an area for calisthenics then do some dips and chin-ups, use the dumbbells for added resistance if they're too easy for you. For the legs, some Bulgarian split squats with the dumbbells can be great.
