Is it possible for those who just use their body to 'work out' (push ups, sit ups, etc) to 'make it' or is it harder to do so?

how the fuck can you lift 1/2/3/4 for 8-12 reps if you don't even lift?
I think it's possible, but you'll need to incorporate some advanced calisthenics work, such as planches, levers, handstand pushups, etc
You won't be huge though unless you take gear
you can 'make it' with just pushups and pullups BUT they need to be done weighted and with a lot of weight. Doing dips instead of pushups might make the setup easier though
if you can do these 2 exercises with 50% of your bodyweight added for reps youll have a muscular upperbody guaranteed
