How do I only lose body fat %?
According to my scale I'm at 19% BF, I'm at my target weight of 162 pounds but I seem to be a bit high on BF% and I want to drop that.
Do I simply start running (cardio) and continue my diet the way it is? I'm going to be cutting everything but water, no more alcohol or tea.

Its easier to train on a deficit by only eating in the evening. hunger pains pass in a matter of days while remaining on a huge deficit
