How the FUCK can you tell if something is legit or just snake oil?
There are millions of weightlifting supplements and I am yet to see any having any real tangible provable benefits. We know steroids work, you can just inject someone with them and you can immediately see that they work, but something like creatine? How the fuck do we know it works? Where are the proofs? Does it even do anything? I've seen countless sites talk about the benefits of it, but I don't see any reason to take their word for granted. I've taken creatine and just not seen any benefits. Same goes with many other products like L-carnitine.
Where are the proofs?

I don't see any proofs.
All I see is someone's opinion on what they think creatine does with zero proof to back up the claims.

Are you retarded or have ADHD? There are sources and links to studies conducted upon supplements.

That's how I decided on keto and IF.

I'm with this guy >>42504129, used examine for a while now and just went on it again, for creatine alone they have 716 citations to unique sources. If there isn't proof there I don't know what is proof.
