Don't hire a PT, read the sticky, read lifting forums, and watch youtube. You'll learn plenty.

Don't look up to zyzz because while he did have super low bodyfat, he really was not all that big, and used so many drugs trying to get bigger that he died in his mid 20s. You can do better than that.
