Is this what's meant by the "stabilising" muscles? The weight itself (60kg total) didn't seem heavy, but for some reason my body was freaking the fuck out trying to stay still.
Overall it felt good, I feel like I've neglected my body by not doing Dumbbell presses at all.
try ring dips, they seem to help the most
