Alright /fit semi-newfag and also /fat/ not too far gone only about 170ish but still i wanna get somewhere like pic and then eventually build some muscle what diets/workouts can i do to achieve that also poorfag so i can't swim safely or normally nor do i have a gym that i can get into

That body is very easy to get with daily cardio and park workouts. Look up Kali Fitness and other park fitness guys, you can become semi-jacked off daily bodyweight exercises alone if you diet right, follow a good bodyweight routine, sleep well, and dedicate 2+ hours a day to it every day.
