Right, I've had enough of compound strength focused programs, my legs have gotten way too fucking big, I found that out when trying to wear something other than joggers, I'm on my 2nd cycle of 5/3/1 (I know not much) and was hoping to do 3 before switching over, but I just know my legs will blow up even more, thinking of switching to PHAT
I'm getting really good progress with 5/3/1 (can post stats) I'm all for strength, but I want to look good as well
redpill me on why I should stay on 5/3/1 and/or redpill me on why I should move to PHAT/PPL

The problem is, when I buy trousers, they are tight on my quads/thighs and too wide on the waist, can be solved by tailoring and getting wider size, but that is a lot of hassle

Cargos/trainers/joggers/etc are also fine, but chinos/semi-forma/formal trousers are hard to get
I just do heavy singles for squats/deads and 5 reps for bench/OHP (some days maxing) and I've got a 2/3/4/5 with nice upper body but without huge quads hanging over the sides of my legs preventing me from wearing normal pants.
Been doing that bulgarian maxing every workout for squats since lmao2pl8 and it's taken me to a little over 4pl8

I don't know if it counts as bulgarian, I just do heavy singles for legs and low rep (1-5) sets for bench/OHP then I do a lot of higher rep accessories like chins/rows/facepulls/dips/incline/etc.
I find I get good strength gains from it and it lets me continue doing 5k runs every other day as the actual workouts aren't super taxing on my lower body due to the low rep sets.
