Hello, why everytime i start doing diet, i have terrible headaches ? is for the low sugar, hc or fat?
I eat 3-4 times a day: Proteines, low quantity of hc, a piece of fruit, and nothing of fat
probably your body metabolism is all fucked from the garbage food you eat and when you start eating healthy it takes time for the adjustment

i know it might sound memeish but there is actually plenty of trash stored in your fat cells so it might be they're entering your bloodstream upon breaking down which causes headaches.

No. Terrible advice. OP, determine how much protein you should be eating a day, eat that much, and then the rest of your calories fill in with high fat foods. Eat as few carbs as possible. This advice only applies if you're not bulking or doing heavy cardio daily. In that case some carbs are recommended.

Try some eggs with egg yolks, and/or healthy sources of fat like fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, etc). If you're on a budget buy them canned, just drain the brine before eating them.
