In simple terms, how long does it take to get "ripped" ?
Not huge muscle mass, just thin skinned or six packed ?
If you have average muscle mass now, 20lbs or so over weight, about 12 weeks of strict calorie counting and training ?

Possible if high level training regime and diet.
Problem is you cant really sustain a ripped body without roids, it's way too unhealthy and your gains will suffer.
