you just gotta eat more faggot. even waking up today i feel improvements in my chest and shoulders. if you can't fit all that food in your face then do the standard bulkan shake:

>a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter
>you can add chocolate powder if your whey is unflavoured
>put it all in a shaker cup and mix vigorously
>add in some chopped bananas and honey for even more flavour
usually comes in around 1000 calories+ and i have room for a snack as well, usually a pot of cottage cheese or some eggs. makes a good breakfast.
