Gym noob here. Rate my plan. Got to do this for two weeks. Personal trainer wrote it up for me. Once the routine is done i'm gonna start a bulking routine.

Pt wrote it up for me and recommended i do all this first beforehand to build up a little bit. Not a total unfit fag tho, been doing fitness and home workout stuff for years and i'm a blue belt bjj. New to serious lifting though.
