Some people swing with the kettlebell just under the testicles, and some people swing it lower.
Which is the proper way? Just under the testies seems to be easier.
The lower you go, the larger the ROM. That said, the lower you go, the more momentum is being used as well. It can be made easier or harder depending on how you perform it. But you could skip these altogether. Want to isolate glutes and hamstrings? Barbell glute bridges. Way safer and less cheating.

Swinging just beneath the nuts is often due to improper form. Keep your back neutral and hinge at the hips, and start the upswing with hip extention, not the arms
