hey /fit/, fatty here at 208 pounds currently, losing weight for 5 weeks not, started at 220. I wanna know whats a good weight goal for my high of 6'0 (male) where ill no longer be considered fat.
idk why but 155 pounds is stuck in my mind but everyone tells me that way too skinny, that Auschwitz mode for my height
so what is a good weight goal where i'll no longer have fat chubby cheeks and moobs
i know i should care about that and just keep losing, but ilike setting goals that i can strive towards without flying blind until i hit a point where im satisfied
