>has a few exercise machine, lots of free space
>a fucking bathroom, wich I have almost never seen on a park
>A small canteen is going to be opened
>Basketball and tennis court
>And my favorite, a soccer field
>Exited, just bought myself a pair of new shoes
>Go and play for all the evening
>Played with myelf, then with some lil kids, then with some guys my age
>Awesome, had a great time
>Only one problem
>Field is hard AF
>Its not natural grass, but artificial
>a shitload of lil rubber pieces underneath it
>They get in your shoes and hurts like hell. Also stomping hurts like hell
>Anyways still had lots of fun

>get home
>lower back hurting like if your balls were filled with knives
>Both legs killing me
>left ankle fucked up
>Took a shower, washed my ankle with cold water, did some stretches
>feeling a little better, but ankle still fucked up
>Also went swiming this morning, wich of course doesnt help
