making a thread because i dont want this to get lost in QTDDTOT

I got blood drawn 48 hours ago, however my right arm is still sore as shit. I went to do curls today and it was painful as hell. How do i speed up its recovery besides stretching, and what are some good stretches for it?

Also, what are some good back day exercises
