When did you hit your first plateou?
I used to add weight every training untill I bench pressed 65kg. I'm struggling to add any weights now. Is it normal? How much have you been lifting when you have hit your first plateou?

Deload 10%, make sure you're doing correct form and you'll be fine.

Because the weight you hit your plateau has nothing to do with when everyone else hit theirs
Just rest, reload, and make sure your diet is on point
Also make sure you aren't making jumps that are too big. If you jump up 5kg in weight you may fail. Try 2.5kg etc.
