If i'm cutting on 2000cals and there's a day where i only eat 1000cal for some reason,can i allow myself to eat 3000cals the following day ? Or is that considered a cheat day
I've heard it's better to approach a cut by the weekly calories instead of daily so that would mean eating 3000cals is probably fine,no ?

idk. All that i know is that every month or two you should take 3-4 days to eat maintenance and tons of carbs to not fuck up your T levels
just eat 2k cals
if you dont compensate you'll cut faster.

i do this, but with fasting, and i just have 3 big 3000 calories meals a week, instead of several small ones, helps curb my hunger
Its better to add 200/300cals every day until you are back at 1000 I think. This way you wont have big swings. I dont think it matters that much though. If you eat at 2k the whole month and this is the only day you eat less dont worry about it too much.
